Excellent customer service, answered my Facebook message at 9pm and had me fixed up with a new part by 7pm the next day. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient! Definitely recommend and will use this company again!!

Matt was out looking at my neighbors mower, so I popped over to see if he could take a look at mine while he was in the neighborhood. No questions asked, he came over and had me fixed up in no time. Definitely recommend Busted Knuckles and will be using them more!

Matt is extremely professional and friendly. I purchased a Husqvarna mower from Ace. For days I tried to get someone from Ace scheduled to repair or replace a tire. I was put in touch with Matt. He came out the same day, took the tire, repaired it and also removed and replaced the wheel bushings the same day. He has a great length of knowledge and experience when it comes to his field.

Came to my place on a emergency breakdown of a skid steer. didn't know me from Adam diagnosed the issued fast repaired the machine. got me back to work on a weekend. I would give them 5 stars for service in a timely matter
